Lyons, Town Clerk Town Building North Andover, Was, Dear Sirs The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals an Thursday evening, December 20, 1962 at the Town Office Building. Members present and voting were: Robert J. Barks, Acting Ghairman; Howard Colman, Henry B. Lund, Villiam Mortar and Associate Member Arthus Drwuwnd, Albert L. & Jeanne Farrah requested a variation of Sec. 6 & 7, para. 6.1,1 & 7.3 of the Zoning By Law so as to permit the petitioners to sub-divide so that the building .06-108 Main Street my be sold separately and apart from the building at #98-100 Main Street even though the frontage, area and side line requirements will not be sufficient to meet the present zoning law re- quirements on the premises, located at the east side of Main Street and the south side of Cleveland Street and known as number 986-I00 & 106-108 MOM Street. This public beating was advertised In the (Eagle-Tribune on December 6 & 13, 1962. All abutters wave duly notified by certified mail of this hearing. There were no abutters present and there was no opposition. Atty. J. Albert Bradley repre- sented the petitioner, The Board disemsed and voted on the petition. Mr. Gilmn mads a motion to GRANT the variance, Mr. Dmnenond seconded the motion and the vote was ucaaimow. This variance is granted for the following reasonss 1. There e3dat certain conditions, especially affecting the parcel in question, which do not generally affect the entire zoning district In which the parcel is located. 2. The requested variance will not adversely affect the public good. 3.
