TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS �iM[`tile Unice of �t�� G1erk' BOARD OF APPEALS >F Joseph Finocchiaro * Petition: 1162-89 15 Furber Ave. AT AT Ni., Andover, MA 01845* DECISION AT The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, June 13, 1989 upon the application of Joseph Finocchiaro requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 1 5 2 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permLt relief from the frontage and area requirements of the R-4 district on the premLses located on Upland Street. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, .Jr. . Chairman, Raymond Vivenzio, Acting Clerk, Walter Soule, Anna O'Connor and Louis Rtssin. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 11 and May 18, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Rissin, the Board voted, unaniuwusly, to GRANT the variances are requested subject to the following condition - Only a single family dwelling be built. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section IU, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaws and that granting the variances will not adversely affect the neighborhood nor derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning' Bylaw.
