Dear Sir: The following petition vas heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals on evening, January 33, 1964 at the Toon Office Building, Member$ present and voting were: Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; William Morton, Secretary; Arthur Drummandy John J. Shields and Robert J. Zwks, Associate Member,, who sat in place of IMsrg Lund. Dennis D. Bvangelos requested a variation of Sea. 6, bza. 6.32 of the Zoning By-&av so as to permit the division of a parcel of land into three lots; as per attached plan on the premiass, located at the west aide of Waverly Road, from. the corner of Margate Street to the corner of %lifax Street. This public hearing vas advertised in the Eagle TriMne on December 30, 1963 and January 61, 1964. A11 abutters were duly notified of this wring by certified mail, Mr. Irangelos appeared on his own behalf. There were no abutters present and there was no opposition. The Board discussed and voted on the petition. Mr. Burka made a motion to GRANT the variance. Mr. Dorton seconded the motion and the vote was unsaimous, This variance is granted for the following reasons 1. There exist certain conditions, especially affecting the parcel in questiem, which do not generally affect the entire soning district in which the parcel is located. 2. Unless the variance is granted, the applicant will suffer substantial hardship, financial or otherwise, 3. The requested variance will not adversely affect the public good to any sub- stantial extent and will not materially affect the general character of the neighborhood. 4. The requested variance win not be in substantial derogation from the intent or purpose of the Zoning By-,aw.
