The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening
October 8, 1991 upon the application of Brian J. Finn requesting
a variation from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and
Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit a five (5) foot
relief from the twenty (20) foot requirement of side street
setback at 475 Wood Lane. The Following members were present and
voting: Frank Serio, Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman,
Anna O'Connor, John Pallone and Louis Rissin.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on
September 25 and October 2, 1991 and all abutters were notified
by regular mail.
Upon motion by Mr. Sullivan and second by Mrs. O'Connor the Board
voted unanimously to grant the variance as requested. Voting in
favor were Mr. Serio, Mr. Sullivan, Mrs. O'Connor Mr. Pallone and
Mr. Rissin.
The Board finds that granting of this variance will not adversely
affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose
of the Zoning Bylaw.
