LaFlamme * Petition: 9160-90 30 Louisburg Street Lawrence, MA. * DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, August 13, 1991 upon the application of Robert D. LaFlamme requesting a Special Permit under Section 4, Paragraph 4.121 (17) of the Zoning Bylaw so as to allow a family member an in-law apartment located at Lot 38 Candlestick Road. The following members were present and voting: Mr. William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Raymond Vivenzio, Anna O'Connor, Robert Ford and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 24 and 31, 1991 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon motion by Mrs. O'Connor and second by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted to grant the special permit as requested, subject of the following conditions: 1. the premises be occuped by Rita Dittrich; 2. the Special Permit shall expire at the time that Rita Dittrich ceases to occupy the family suite; 3. The Special Permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person, partnership or corporation; 4. the applicant, by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to the Special Permit, grants the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to inspect the premises annually The vote was unanimous. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.31 of the Zoning By-Law. Dated this 27th day of August 1991.
