OL i1�,� 111,11 36 igpY p Q 4i Win.nn.F"45 9SSACNU`+ES TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS x- Peter & Leslie Kalafarski 45 Dana Street Petition dill-89 sr North Andover, MA 01845 DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, Sept. 13, 1988 upon the application of Peter & Leslie Kalafarski requesting a Variance from the requirements of Section 7,Paragraph 7.3 & Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit the construction of an addition that is only 20' from the rear lot line. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairman; Augustine Nickerson, Clerk; Walter Soule; Raymond Vivenzio and Louis Rissin. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August 11 and August 18, 1988 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. There was no opposition to the petition. Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board voted unanimously to GRANT as requested. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 & Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws and the granting of this Variance will not derogate from the intent and purposes of the Zoning Bylaws nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
