Mr. Gil~an'moved the meeting adjourn at 9:30 PM. U~us vote. A special meeting Of the BOard of Appeals was held on Monday, June 27, 1960 at the TeWn' Build~ug. Members Present and'voting were: Daniel T, O,Leary, Chairman, Henry Lund, Robert Burke, Howard O~m.~ and AssOciate Member ~areld Morley Jr, The Chairman designated Mr. Morley to sit in place in regular member Charles Foster who was absent. Mr. MeIVin 'Kirk~, Presented plans to the Board for a motel at the airport and asked if it wo~ld be necessary to haVe another hearing if the plans were changed. The Board told Mr. Kir~w~ they felt another hearing would he necessary. A PUblic Hearing was held for E. V, DelDuea who requested permission under the requirements of section 5 paragraphs 1,2,3, and 4 of the zoning by law to excavate gravel on the premises ewned by Mr. Stafanowicz. AttOrneY chares TromblY represented the petitioner and POinted out this m*terial is needed for the new bridge to be t~,~t. He also brought out the fact that the property ~ill be loamed in and seeded. William BYrne, CharieS S,,11ivan, Clare and JOhn Kennedy, Dorothy Ar~bm~hult for Paul Arc~t ObjeCted to this Permit as theY felt this could cause corOsion to their property and they objected to the dust that would be caused by this excavating. Harry Mellian and his associated aPpeSred before the Board and asked if another hearing would be necessary if the plans were changed and the Board told them they felt another hearing would be necessary.
