Regular Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 I~ with tho follow~"8 members present.-
Daniel T. O'Leary, Cha~, Charles Foster, Secretary, Henry Lund, Robert Burke,
and ASsociate Member' Harold Morley Jr. sitting in for Howard G~lm,~.
G~I,..,~ arrived later.
Approval of one bill for FAry Dohorty for $ 10.50.
Ralph Brassuer was present uith the plans for the four hearings and representing each
petitioner.
1st hearing. 7:30 PM. Pearl Cu~-ier, 117 PreScott Street.
The application requested $ variation of Section 6 Paragraph 6.32 of the zo-~-~ by
law so as to permit the division of a lot on which two houses are located so that
one house may be sold t~ the occupant.
Mr. Ralph Brasseur represented the petitioner and there was no opposition.
Mr. Burke made a motion to take the petition under advisement. Mr~ Morley

4th hearing. Andrew Alvino, 120 Court Street.
The application requested a variation of Section 6, 7 Paragraph 6.41, 6.42 and 7.4
of the zoning by law so as to permit the use of lot and building on the north side
of Beltmont Street 400 feet from Marblehead Street for storage of construction materials.
Mr. Ralph Brasseur represented the petitioner and Mr. Alvino also explained his reasons
for the petition. There was no opposition.
Mr. Burke moved to take' the petition under advisement. Mr. Giln~u seeonded tho
notion. Unanimous vote.
The Board discussed the petition Of E. V. DelDuca. The Board met on Thursday
evening July 14 at 7'.3OPM to view the premises for E. Vs. DeIduca. ~bers
present were: Daniel T. O,Leary, Chairman, Robert Burke, Henry Lurid, Howard
Gilman and Associate Member Harold Morley Jr. Also present were Attorney
Charles Trombly and Mr. DelDuca.

This evening the above members voted t~mnimously that the petition for permission
under the requirements Of section 5~ Paragraphs 1,2,3, and % of the zoning By Law
should be GRANTED with the followiag conditions:
1. Thet'a $5,000 PerforCe bend should be posted to th® Town of North Amdover,
to dO all acts in acOordance With Section 5 of the Zoning By Law and as set
forth im the petitioner's plan.
No top s0il will be removed fr~m the premises and must be put back ia place
amd seeded.
3. Permit to expire October 31, 1960.
The Board then discussed and voted on the four hearings held this evening.
1. Pearl ~er: Mr. Burke motioned to GRANT the petitioa. Mr. Foster seconded
