April 23, 1968 At a special meeting held at the North Andover Nigh School on Monday evening, April 8, 1968 a hearing was held upon a proposal to amend the North Andover Zoning By-L~w by inserting, after Section 4.06 thereof, the following new section: "Section 4.07. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this By-Law, any municipal building, and its facilities and grounds, may be maintained upon any parcel of land owned by the Town upon which a Town Meeting has voted to have such a building constructed and main- tained." Following the meeting, and prior to the Special Town Meeting held the same evening, the Board voted unanimously to amend the proposal to read as follows and to recommend its acceptance at Town Meeting.
