Duncan, Town Clerk of North Andover, Massachusetts, hereby certify that the following article appeared in the Warrant for the Annual Meeting of the Town of North Andover, held March 4, 1940, and adjourned to March 16, 1940:- Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to adopt a By-Law providing for an annual audit of the accounts of the Town to be made by the Director of the Division of Accounts in the Department of Corporations and Taxation, or to take any other action relative thereto. Petition of Irving Hinton and others. I, Joseph A. Duncan, Town Clerk of North Andover, hereby certify that at the Adjoui~ed Annual Meeting of the Town, held March 16, 1940, it was voted to accept the following By-Law:- B~-Law No. Ten. "There shall be an annual audit of the accounts of the Town, to be made by the Director of the Division of Accounts in the Department of Corporations and Taxation, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 44, of the General Laws."
