ARTICLE 32. To see if the town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Laws by changing the classification of a piece of land-property owned by Mrs. Mabel Sarcione from a residential to a business district. Said property is located at the corner of Andover Street and Prospect Terrace, and is ~ounded and described as follows: Beginning at the corner of Andover Street and Prospect Terrace, thence northerly by Andover Street 102.08 feet to a point: thence easterly ll0.05 feet to a point: thence southerly 100 feet to a point in the northerly line of Prospect Terrace: thence westerly, by the northerly line of Prospect Terrace 89.05 feet to the point of beginning. Dear Mr. Lyons: After a duly advertised Public Hearing held on Monday evening, February 6, 1950, the Planning Board of Nert~h Andover voted unanimously to reject the application of Mabel Sarelone, requesting the approval of plans showing a certain parcel of land, owned by Mabel Sarcione and requesting an amendment of the Zoning By-lAws of the Town of North Andover, so as to allow a change of classification of said proper~y from a General Residential to a Business District.
