To Whom It Nay Concern:-
This is to certify that at a Special Meeting of
the Town of North AndoYer held on Friday evening, ~une 20,
19~7, the following article appeared in the warrant for said
me e ting:
Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend the
zoning by-laws of said town by changing the classification of
the following property from a residential to a business district:
Beg~nning at a point in the northerly side of Great
Pond Road three hundred fourteen, and ~0/100 (31~.40) feet
westerly from the westerly side of Cooke Street as shown on plan
of land ~ntitled "Plan of land owned by Stefanowicz, North Andover,
Mass," by Charles E. Cyr, C. E., dated April 1947; thence run-
ning more or less northerly by proposed street as Shown on said
plan three hundred thirty and 17/100 (330.17) feet more or less
to lot(65) sixty as shown on said plan; thence ~u~ing mere or
less ~orthwesterly by lots sixty (60) and sixty one (61) as
shown on said plan two hundred three and 36/100 (203.36) feet
more or less to Osgood Street; thence ~unning along the easterly
side of 0sgood Street four hundred four and 11/100 (40~.11) feet
more or less to a point; thence turning and running on an angle
more or less southerly forty four and 82/100 (]i]!,82) feet more
or less to an Essex County bound in the northerly side cf Great
Pond Road as shown on said plan; thence rur=uing more or less easterly
along the northerly side of Great Pond Road. three hundred forty-
seven and 60/100 (~7.60) feet to the point begun at.
Containing two and 2/10 (2.2) acres more or less

Under said Article 1 action was as follows:
Voted to amend the zoning by-laws of the Town of
North Andover by changing the classification of the following
property from a residential to a business district:

to lot sixty (60) as shown on said p~an; thence running more or
less northwesterly by lots sixty (60) and sixty-gne (6%) as
shown on said plan two hundred three and 36/100 (203.36) feet
more or less to Osgood Street; thence running along th? easterly
side of 0sgood Street four hundred four and 11/100 (404.11) feet
more or less to a point; thence turning and running on an angle
more or less southerly forty four and 82/100 (~!.82) feet more
or less to an Essex County bound in the northerly side of Great
Pond Road as shown on said pl~u; thence running more or less
easterly along the northerly side of Great Pond Road, three h~dred
forty seven and 60/100 (~47.60) feet to the point begun at,
Containing two and 2/10 (2.2)acres more or less.

the Town of North Andover, Massachusetts, this 21st day
of June , in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
