965.58 feet from the intersection of said easterly line of Winthrop Street with the
westerly line of Waverley Road; thence northerly by the easterly line of said Winthrop

There were no objections to this application.
At a special meeting of the Planning Board, held February 18, 1952~ upon motion m~de and
seconded, it was unanimously voted to grant approval to the above' application for an
amendment to the Zoning By-Law.
It is the opinion of the Planning Board that:
1. ~The land has little Value for development for residential use.
2. The change in zoning will not injure the Future development of other residential
land in the area.
3. The development of this land for business will provide the town additional tax
