Extract from the Minutes of the Meeting of the North Andover
Bpard of Appeals ......
I, R. Louis DiFruscio, clerk to the North Andover Board of Appeals,
do hereby certify that the following is a true copy of the extract
of the minutes of the Board of Appeals December 12, 1977 meeting,
at which meeting the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Appeals
were amended, as set forth below. Upon motion of Mr. Joyce,
seconded by Mr. Noble, the Board voted unanimously as follows:
The Board amend Sec. 1 of Article II of its Rules and Regulations by
striking therefrom the words "the official form No. BA-2" and sub-
stituting therefore "a form approved by the Boar~'. Every such form
shall have appended to it a copy of Sec. 1 of Art. II of the Rules &
Regulations of the Board.
The Board approve the form entitled "Application for Relief from the
Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance", a copy of which is submitted
herewith.
Every application shall be submitted with a list of "Parties ~n
Interest" which list shall include the petitioner, abutters, owners of
land directly apposite on any public or private street or way and
owners of land within three hundred feet of the property line all as
they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding
that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town,
the planning board of the town and the planning board of every
abutting city or town.
Every application shall be submitted with an application
