the holidays recognized in the rersonnel By-Law, it was.the consensus of opinion, that tows
persounel should work on F-iday. Last year, the holi_d~[y[fell on a Thursday and the toMn bldg;
was closed. Bzian S,,~van was requested to contact Town Counsel for a determination on the
matter and the Selectmen would act acco~dingly...Town Counsel s~ated that building should re-
