the Job of filling it in would host about $50.00. The matter will be
referred to Chief McKee and ask him to get in touch with the owners and
see' what can be done.
,TRANSFER FROM RESER~VB
Chief James Hargreaves requested that a transfer be made from the Beserve
Fund for an amount of $500 to meet expenses of forest fires. Mr. Foster
made a motion thmt tbiz amount be transferred from the Beserve Fund and
Mr; Finneran seconded the motion and was unanimous vote.

~r. Mahoney came before the Board relative to this matter and saidtbat if
the board wished himto talk to Father C,,lhane he would be glad to do so.
He said he had already given him his impression of what the law was in
regard to a matter of this nature but if the board felt that a ruling was
mecessaryat this time, he would give one but if held over for another
week, he would peruse the law and give a final ahswer. Mr. Mahoney will
