The rules 'of the Planning Board were read.
Mr. Howes stated that new layouts are delivered to the Planning
and not to the Town Clerk but that later they could be filed with
the Town Clerk He stated that School Street is not a new way but
has been used by the townfor years and cannot be Marred.
,Mr. Pillion mentions d the factthat the town de~ided that a
"' s~ree~ should be forty feet wide. This~was over forty years
ago.
,. Mr. Howes explained that the.Village Land has bought~'a strip of
land from Robinson on Second Street and it will open onto School
'Street from Second Street. The Villageland will deed this land
~o the ~own at any time for extention of School Street. Hr. Howes
stated that ha would be glad to make a new plan of School Street
if the planning board desired it.-

proper condition for acceptance. It was requested' that Mr.' Howes
make a new plan.
Thewidth of School Street~was discussed andDr. Eaystated that
infairmess to the. Planning. Board we have refused to accept new
streets because ofwidth but the board felt that School Street
was[alright. ' .
Charles TTrombly said they were trying.to clear up records and
he felt that a plan should be made of School Street whether it is
a'dead end or not.

'A report from ~hief McKee on the condition existing at the Catholic Church on
Sunday mornings, states that there will be an officer there each Sunday morning

believes this will eliminate .aDy difficulty caused by double parking.
