DAVIS &FURBERMACBINE C0~PANY:~
Forbes Rockwell mentioned traffic conditions at ~avis and Furber at five o'clock
and asked if a police officer could he on hand to direct traffic. There
a request in for a lerger~light at this point :o help conditions. Mrj~Foster
stated that Chief McKee had already taken care of this situation.

Mr, James Elliott, Auditor, requested that all budget figures be sent in
to the Finance Committee on er before December 17, 1945. Ail departments
will be notified.
p~PARTMENT OF LABOR.AND INDUSTRI$S:
A cost of living index for the month of November was received-showing that
there was an increase of-6/10 of'l%.

with all-members present. Weekly bills and payrolls were approved.

this amount from the Reserve Fund, pending approval of the Advisory Boa~d~
and ~&r. Thomson seconded the momion. Vote was unanimous. :

driveway and he feels that it should be removed. No opposition was offered.
Mr.:Thomson'made a motion',to grant the request andS'the.motion was seconded
