RE~TIONAL COUNCIL: A 'letter received By the board in which the Recreational Council recommends that :in 'the event that the present Center School' is torn down in the near 'future, 'that the whole area now used as a school yard and hounded by Milk Stre.et, Johnson St. and' Community Center proper~y and~ the Drummond Playground be added to the Drummond Playground and developed as park and playground area. Second letter recommending a 99 year lease, or outright purchase by the Town · of North,Andover Of the land known as Davis Field opposite Stevens Li~nary ,to be 'made 'into a simple park development, not disturbing the natural'beauty along Main Street,-and the layout of a baseball diamond and installation of swings, etc. for young Children at the Davis St. and. PleasAnt St. corner of the town.
