The meeting vas oalled to order at 7:00 p.m.
Discussion of minimum lot size:
Want something large enough to prohibit carving up the parcel into
small pieces.
Possibly make smallest lot size extend to Northmark Bank property.
What is the multi-family density for R-4 now?
Ms. Colwell to ask Bob Nicetta about this.
Question about how a basement is calculated in gross floor area?
Ms. Colwell to ask Bob Nicetta about this.
Open Space:
Eliminate open space requirement everywhere in the section.
Procedures for obtaining a Special Permit:
Discussion of the process.
Rewrite similarly to preliminary subdivision plan.
May want to loosen standards a tad up front.
Ms. Colwell to review the requirements for the preliminary plan.
Planning Board to look at the minimum lot size; review "waiver
paragraph" on page 4; review coordination with other communities.

The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
The Planning Board directed Ms. Colwell to sign the plans.
