DECEMBER 17, 1951-contioued Mr. Finneran informed the board that Mr, Ira Carry, highway' surveyor, is all in favor of the present plan. Hr. Byrne, however, felt that house lots would be made more accessible and he again mentioned that there would be a bottle neck at Flat,s bridge. Hr. Collis pointed out that the highway will be 24'wide from Osgood Street to the Boxford line and this includes the bridge. He mentioned that there would be three foot shoulders on either side. Hr.
