draw up an appropriate plan to be submitted to the Department of Public Works.

SELECTMEN~S PROCLAMATION:
Chairman. Finneran proclaimed the week of February 7 to 13 as Boy Scout Week. During that week
Boy Scouts will act in the different offices of the towm for one hour.lo; as three Selectmen,
Fire Chief, Police Chief,~ etc. This will be in celebration ~ the fifty-seCond anniversary of
the founding of the Boy Scouts of America.

Report re Hemlock Street and land of Town of North Audover (Stahley) and offered three solution
to the problem; that of installing piping and catch basins with costs. He also recommended
that residents of the private ways present a plan with profiles to the Planning Board for
approval, to the Board of Selectmen for ~adjudication and then to the Town Meeting for
