A petition was also granted for e~isting pole location on Gilber~ Street. HEARING SET: A hearing was set for ?:30 p.m. on April 29, 1963, for an application to store an additional 2,000 gallons of gasoline on the property of Robinson Express Company, 41 Second Street. C~VIL DEFUSE DIRECTOR: Roland C. Korb, 14 Walmnt Avenue, was named by the Board of Selectmen to become town Civil Defem Director upon the resignation of Dewey Dyer, July 1, 1963. PAINTING BIDS: Painting Bids for the to~ '~uilding closed at 8:00 p.m. and the'awarding was tabled until proper investigation of credentials could be made. MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRZC CO~AN~: A street light survey for improved lighting on Naverley Road from Turnpike Street to the Andover line was requested by the MASS. LEAGUE GF CZTIESAND TG~NS: Znvitations were received to attend the third annual conventiunon April 27, 1963 by the Board. Governor Peabody will speak on his tax program.
