STATE DEPT. GF PUBLIC WORKS:
NOtice was eant the Board of the annual snow removal assistance for Route 125 from the State.
POLE RELOCATIONS:
A pole relocation petition from the electric and telephone companies was granted By the Board on
Morton and May Streets, no hearing was necessary.
A hearing was set for November 18, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. for the same companies' petition for a Joint
or identical pole location on Foster Street.
INSURANCE:
James Maker, Town T~eesurer, attended meeting to advise the Board of a rise in the insurance
rates of the Prudential Insurance.
LAWP~NCE CAS
Petltians~to::excavate for installation of gas services on Green Hill Avenue and Hewitt Avenue
were granted by the Board.
BRADFORD STREET: ~"
A request was granted for a temporary wooden street sign tabs made and installed on '~Lford St.
~ The street will be placed on the 1964 list for metal street signs.
S~EENEY SIGNS,
..- Benjamin Swesney will be asked by the Board to hasten the installation of Street Signs before the
ground gets to hard to install them.
