The Warrant closed at 9:00 p.m. 'this INVITATI ~S: Notices were received by the Board of dinner meetings to be held .on january 15th and for Municipal Administrator's Day and Mental Health Conference in that order. on request of Raymond Canty and Mrs. Leonard Enaire, permission was granted for the annual arch of Dimes. TO~N REPORT: It.was voted that all material to be included in the Town Report must be 'submitted By January 2~ that-it will be prepared in ample time for distribution on March 2nd, election day. At the request of ~hief Joseph W. ~awlor, recommendations for three additional street lights at Wilsomts Corner were approved by the Board .in the interests of public safety. Selectman'Raymand Broadheed was out of town on business and unable to attend. Mr.. Finmernn presided as Ch~ of the Licensing Board also. ' STREET ~.IGMTING: Recommendations. for improved street lighting were approved by the Board for Glencrest Drive (SO) corner of Beverly and Union Streets, Marblehead and Union Streets and Sutton Hill Road, poles 4689, 4691,4693, and ~0. ~ The light company was also requested to make a street light, survey in the vicinity of 381 Barker Street' (George Barker) and increased lighting on the only pole on Little Road. STREET SIGN: It was voted to have a temporary, waeden street sigh ma~e for Little Read and to have the - placed on the per~ent street sign list for 1964. PERS~INEL BOARD: Notice was' received that the Personnel Board would meet with a31 department heads on February 6, at 8:00 p.m. RETIREMENT BOARD: Notice received of Town appropriation for retirement fund amounting to $62,040.07.
