Notice was received from Town Accountant that all 1964 bills had to be in his office
for processing by 12 o'clock noon, Monday January il, 196%.

towed out. He reqnssts remuneration for e~pense of tow,, $12.00. The Board took the
matter under advisement.

the expressions of sympathy from the Board on the death of her husband.

APPRECIATI~:
A letter of appreciation was receiVed from John B. RUssell, Manager'of the Merrimack
Valley National Bank for the efforts of the Board and ClzLef Joseph Lawlor .which re-
sulted in actiVating the traffic!lights to Stop and ~o ~ignsls at the corner:of Main
Street and Chickering Road. The Selectmen had spent much time, numerous meetings
and correspondence finall~mccomplished one of seven major requests to the'stats
f6r the benefit of the Town.
B & M RAILROAD, NARBM~EAD ST. CECGSING:
· .A. letter, in reply to the 'Board's complaint, December 29, 196h, was received and
an expiration as to why the automatic gates failed to function properly on 'December
8 and 25 was proffered. They enclosed an emergency number to call which wa-~given
to the police department. The number : E.A. 7-6000, Ext. 749.

grading schedule for determining the correct amount of insurance The copy
was sent to Mr. Andrew Coffin, Insurance Agent for the Town. :
