Salisbury, Esq. was unanimously appointed. .ANTI-TRUST SALT SUIT: '. Town Counsel .recmmuended that no legal matter, is invelved, 'Town Accountant and a Board :'~: member~ attend ~he meeting, on the above. Three petitions to excavate on Mablin Ave, 226 Main St and 459 .Stevens St. ware~approved. STREET LIGHT iNST~J~!ATICNS: : Notice was received of street lights insts,!!ed on Andovor St. at Catty Circle .and on. [i?len,~od Street, Chickering Rd, ~ohnson St., Osgood St. at Colgate Dr. and School St. A-survey w~s received.for' i~proved lighting on Turnpike Street but the Board requested a 'new survey be made just for the..tntersectiuns of Johnson, Boston and Brook Streets . They also asked for increased street lighting im th~.vicinity of Mr. Fin~chiaro .at 663 Turnpike St. · ::i..Hearings were set up for Jo,.ut p~le locations on April. 12, at .7:00 p.m. and ~:O~ p.m.. '.AN124AL iNSPECTC~: Approval was received from State re appointment of animal inspector. HYGHWAY SL~VEYC~: Mr. Nice~ta reported that his department had picked upSbarrells of debris !eft by; parkers at Ray's Pond, opposite Lake Cochichewtck, had placed cement blocks across. entrance to keep out cars but they had been pushed aside. The Board voted to have the police patrol the area until cembntposts are installed. Town Counsel was re- quested to draw up general releases for abutters before posts e?installed. ELMCRESTRD. AND NAGHOLIADRIVE: ' Mr. Nicetta reported that h6me developers had left roads in deplorable condition smd asked the Board ~hat could be doneto enforce the lap,hat developers leave the' road in such conditien that it coxuld be accepted and mei~ta~..z~d~by'the to.wn. The Board voted to meet with Town Counsel, Mr. Nicetta and mem~.O~ the Building Code Committee at 8:30 p.m. after Tow~ Meeting (Spec.) at the high ~chool to discuss the matter. ~
