BUILDING INSPECTOR:
Letters concerning matters re trailer complaint, Grogan Field bleachers and Fred
len property off Osgoed Street were received. Bleachers: Section of bleachers near
home plate deterioted and should be replaced~ n~ble. Trailer: Trailer owned
by Mr. Richard Lamy, 1 Ellis Ct., was ordered removed; if Mr. L~y~not comply,
a-Court injunction ,would be obtained. Deadline for removal of trailer, May 24, 1965.
~ti: Notice was given that re Findlan's property on Osgood Street; mos) if doors were not made secure, Building Inspector would
Lv enter said property with workman to fasten the existing doors and, if necessary, build
other doors to insure the said property could not be entered into by parties unknown.
The expense would be carried in the form of a tax lien on said property.
ROUTE 495 LIGR~rNG:
' The Board met with js~ Z. james re the above-named lighting and the Board voted
street lights be installed at the underpass.
GLeN G~ST DRIVE:
Upon complaint of Mr. Start of Glencrest Drive, the Board requested Highway Surveyor
contact the McKay Construction Company and direct that the street be put in proper
dition which was their responsibility. A letter advising of this action was sent to
'Er. Starr.
.ADLEY EXP._ESS CO.:
The Board requested a letter be sent to Mr. Curtin of Adley Express Co, 221 Sutton' St.
'to install and transport two low beds for the benefit of the Fourth of July Celebration
