BLUE CROSS-BLUE SHIELD:
After meeting of the town employees and the Advisory Board, the Board of Selectmen author-
izod Town Treasurer to enter the employees in the new program.
MERRIMACK ~VER POLLUTION MEETING:
The Board of ~ealth, ~ublic Works and a representative from the State met with the Board to
discuss the pollution program the state proposed each town and city to adopt. The Town can
either have ant~dividual program or go:in with other towns and cities. The cost to the
Town would be close to 2 million dollars; S0 thousand dollars annually would have to be
paid .in interest on the bonds..necessary; plus thousands of dollars fc~ annual maintenance
