present, Chairman Fred P. Oakes presiding.

Petition for pole and wire location on Waverley Rd., 1 pole, approved.
GAS EXCAVATIG~S:
Petition to excavate to repair gas mains and services at 16 Tavern Rd. approved.
Petition to excavte 3,410 feet on Great'Pend Road .... tabled until May~" 27th meeting.
PEP~NT P&TROLM~N APPOiNTMeNTS: (2)
Two patrolmen were appointed by the Board; to begin work June 15, 1966. They are
John R. Crane, 56 Elm Street and James W. Carabelloj 23 Autran Avenue. Civil Service
was so ~notified.

A letter from the DPW, Jacob Berkover, advised the Board that resurfacing of Andover

A petition to excavate on Great Pond Road, tabled from last meeting, was approved.
ACOESS RGADS:
The Board received notice and invitation to attend an access road meeting at 10 a.m. on
~¢e~nesday, June 1, in the Lawrence City Council Chambers. Selectman ~alph E. Finck said he
would attend.
EELEASE SIGNED:
A release was signed by the Board to negotiate the payment of ~480. to the Town of North
Andover from J. F. White Contracting Company to pay for the cost to clear sewer mains
buried by said company during cen~tructien work.
