Selectman Finck requested that Chief Lawlor be asked for his recommendations concerning
the installation of walk lines om Main Street, near Second Street.
STORM DPAIN INQUIRY:
A resident, appeared before the Board. asking if his street would Be included in the com-
ing storm drainage plans. The Board stated that they would be able to tell him after
their meeting on the 24th with Camp, Dresser and McKee.
TO~N INFIRMARY ~.OMMITTEE:
Member of the Town Infirmary Committee and Leo Lafond, Chairman of the Conservation
Committee' met with the Board and made a progress report. Chairman Coffin said they,
had met and discussed the pros and cons of the disposal of the Town Infirmary many
~times., 'The~ had made the following tentative decisions:
'"~ 1. Have buildings razed, fill in and reseed land and hold for future town use.
for possible schools a~d recreation ~areas.
2. Possibility of selling town buildings which were bui~'t in 1806. -
3. Free appraisals of buildings re their worth.
4. Disposing of some of the buildings, how many.
5. Town retaining Buildings to convert into schools.
6. Auction contents of building this fall.
7. Rent..Home so it wnuld be heated and taken care of.
8.'"' Ch~cked'wlth departments to remove their equipment stored there. . -,

T., Peters,. Chairman, requested a letter be sent-to all ~epartment heads to attend a
m~eting to disCUss-possible budget requirements for the ensuing year. The meeting'is
scheduled for Monday, November 7, at 8:00 p;m. in the Fire Dept. meeting rooms.
