TO~N COUNSEZ APPOINTM~T:
Arnold H. Salisbury, Esq. was reappointed unenimously by nine department heads, ~. McXueick
and James Maker were absent but sent in their ~ffirmative votes by letter. Mr. Saliebury
will be sworn in for the period of one year as Town Counsel.
GASOLINE STORAGE:
An application was received to stOre gasoline and motor oil abovegroand and underground from
C~arlee T. Natsee, 200 Sutton St. Hearing was ee~ for April 10, 1967 at 7:30 p.m. and
application referred tO Chief James Daw for approval.
The Board of Selectmen were invited to participate in the annual 0oncord Patriot's Day'
Parade to be held on April 19th.
R3PORT:
A report of the testimonial committee for Alvah Hayee was received by the Board;' After. ex-
penses, the sum of $983.21 was given to Mr. Hayes.
TREE WARDEN REQUEST:
Leo Lafond sent a letter to the Board requesting use of the police gasoline pump when
eventually move mo their new location. Mr. Finaerau made a m~tion the letter be receive~

GAS EXCAVATIONS: : ~. ·.
Petitions to excavame on Faraum St., Eass. Ave., Hamilton Rd., Holbrook ~and~z~lnity Ct. were
~ approved. Gas Services will be installed at these locations.

The Board ~ted.to remove the No-Parking Ban enforced during the winter months. They
requested the townspeople to, cooperate By removing their cars from the etreete in, the
event of another enowstorm, however.
