CC~PIAINT: Richard Hamel, 2i Perry Street appeared before the Board to complaining that~ {he~ J.F.~ Trucking company had been parking on the frontage of his property, damage had been donelto : his fence and large piles of sand were being dumped near his home. Estimate 1 of contract work done on Chapter 90 was referred to the Highway Surveyor. YOUTH AND 'DRUG~: Daniel L. Desmon$~Principat of N .A. High School, advised by letter that a program entitled ?
