The Board received to complimentary tickets to .attend the Candlelightars Review at North
Andover High School, April 27, at 7:30 P.M. This group work long hours to entertain the
ill'and mentally retarded and for those who are shut in. This group of talented young
people between the ages of six and nineteen operate as a non-profit group with the ex-
penses being borne by the parents of the group. Organized last May, 1967, the troup has
performed at some Home or Hospital neal¥ every week since the show was put together.
Allette~ of resignation from Milton F. Howard as director of the Greater Lawrence Council
was accepted with regret. He stated that he had been honored for being one of those se-
lected in the initial setting-up of the Community Action Committee in North Andover.

A notice was received of a hearing on l~arch il, ~1968 for the Village Land Company.
OUTDOOR SIGN-PETITIGI:
A"~lett~r; from .the. Building Inspector said that the sign for Pogamy Hill could not be
installed because the local by-law specifies that commercial signs cannot be erected
in a,,re, sidential, zone. A copy of the letter was instructed to be sent to Mrs. Buthmsnn,

that poles~arected in the vicinity ~f Richlyn Farms Store on Chickertng ~d. and on the
