Flnneran and Chairman Arthur P. Kirk present. HEARING: Petition for removal of one pole end install one pole on Hillside Rd. was approved. DEPArTMeNT BE~D~4EETING: jUne l?thp~at 8:00 p.m., in the Fire Company rooms was the date set by the Board for .the nex~ department head meeting. Problems of every department will be discussed and corrective measures determined at this meeting. CAL~ELL COMPLAINT: Atetter from the BuildingiInspector advised the Board that Mrs. Caldwell had no grievance as, upon inspection of the McAloon lot, he did not find the alleged dbb~is or clutter as stated in Mrs. Caldwell's complaint. The Board accepted the letter end directed a copy be sent to Mrs. Caldwello UNREGiSTerED CARS: The Building Inspector stated he would submit a list of unused car violators who have been contacted by him for the next meeting. N~N DEN.~ROCK SHOPPING PLAZA NAME: A¥tetter from the' Board of Trade protested the name of the new. shopping plaza.which !si ,'Andover Shopping Mall'.' The plaza will be located in North Andover. ~.The .Board concurred with their sentiments and Selectman Fred Oakes said he would contact the. 'developer. The Board also voted to send a letter to the developer protesting of the Andover name.
