6 sitting a~ Salem Superior Court. John D. Tine, 55 Dana Street was drawn for the January 13
sit~ing at Salem Superior Court.
POLE LOCATIONS:
Hearings were set for pole location petitions on Fores~ and Turnpike Street for December 23,
at 7:45 p.m. Petition was approved for installation of one pole on 0sgood Street.
STREET LIGHT SURVEYS:
Street light surveys were approved and voted their installation on the following:
1. Vicinity of Mrs. Deltwas residence, corner of Mill Road and Chestnut Street..
2. Vicinity of new Fe21owship Bible Church, intersection of Rts. 114 and 125.
3. Vicinity of 145 Beverly St. Corner of Marblehead and Dale Streets.
4. Vicinity of Mrs. Finochiaro residence, 633 Turnpike Street. ~
MBTA CONTRACT:
The executed MBTA contrac~ was received by the Board and referred to To~n Accountant.

LICENSING COMMISSIONERS: '
POULIN PARKING:
of Henry Poulin for outdoor parking on 1635 Osgood Street, several people voiced
their opinion. Joseph Sweeney, Union President, stated that he had no objection. : J. Roche, '
abutter, objected to parking license, a.dded safety hazard. Chief Lawlor stated that the ~. -~
traffic problem would be increased if lmcense granted.' J. Serio, representing Western Electric
Co. said that W. E. objected to license,, ,stated that Western Electric provides adequate
parking for their employees. The Board voted to deny the license.
