Board of Selectmen held their regular meeting on this date with all members present. SPECIAL TOWN MEETING: The Selectmen oped the warrant for a Special TownMeeting to be held on Thursday, Jan. 9, 1969, a~ 7:30 P.M. in the High School Auditorium. The warrant was opened at 8:15 P.M. and closed at 8:16 P.M. Articles included: Apartment Article - 3 School Building Articles. ANNUAL TOWNMEETING: The Board, on this date, opened the warrant for the inclusion of articles for the annual town meeting in Narch, at 8:16 P.M. The Warrant will be closed on Saturday~ January 25, 1969, at 12:00ONoon. TREE P~NOVAL REQUEST: A request to have a ~ree removed at 49 Upland Street(roots blocking sewer) was approved by the Board. A hearing ~as set for January6, 1969. Tree will be posted.
