ALL HIGHT PARKING BAN:
The Board voted to have advertised Dec. 30 and 31 regulations concerning the all night park-
ing ban annually imposed every year until March. The Parking Ban will be lifted tempona~i~y
for New Year's Eve.
LICENSING COMNISSIONERE:
Renewal applications were received and approved on the following:

The regular meeting of the Board of Selectman was held on this date with all members present.
The warrant was approved as submitted.
HEAp~NGS:
Approved by the Board were petitions to install one pole on Great Pond Rd~ and install one
pole on Highland View Avenue.
TOWN COUNSEL - RENAMING OF STREETS:
Upon reqUest of the Board, Town Counsel, A. Salisbury sent a letter ad~-ising the Board that
Poor Street, a street that a resident ~rished to change in name, was not an accepted street.
It also does not appear on any subdivision plan approved by the Planning Board. In these
circumstances, its renaming is not a public matter and the owners of adjacent properties who
· rlsh to rename it should consult their own counsel concerning the necessary procedure.
· If it were a "public way," the Board's part in any renaming would be exmensive.
BLUE CROSS - BLUE SHIELD:
The Board voted to send a letter to Town Treasurer advising him of Blue Cross-Blue Shield
for temporary employees inclusion in the town's insurance program. The.%wo re-
quirements voted are as follows:
1. Minimum employment of six months.
2. Temporary employees to be treated the same as full-time ~mployees for Blue Cross-
Blue Shield benefits after six months employment.
PRECINCT 4 DIVISION:
A letter received by the Board from Town Counsel re the division of Precinct 4 advised it
should be divided by boundaries and not s~reets. The Beard took the matter under advisement
and study.
LAWRENCE-NORTHANDOVER BOUNDARY LINE:
Selectma~WilliamA. Finneran requested a letter be sen~ to Towu Counsel mo finalize the
above-named boundary lines as they now exist. Perambulation of the ~ownand city boundaries
will be made this year by tHe'various Selectmen.
WAVERLY ROAD T~CK RESTRICTION:
Town Counsel ~as advised to expedite this matter as per proper wording of regulation.
JUNK CAR AND ZOHING BY-LAW VIOLATIONS:
Chief Lawlor, Building Inspector conferred with the Board on these violations a~ 8:30 p.m.

HEARING:
Approved by the Board and Chief Daw was the application for a license ti increase storage of
gasoline, underground, from 10,O00 gals. to 16,000 gals. for service station on Rt. 125,
