OPE~ HOUSE:
Open House for the new Town Garage will be on June 2, between 6:30 P.M. and 8:30 P.M.
DE~AL INSURANCE:
Letter from J. Dewhirst contained three questions regarding the inclusion of dental coverage
in the Team's Blue Cross-Blue Shield program. Letter referred to To~rn Counsel for

MAP~LE~EAD STREE~:
Complaints received from residents of Marblehead Street on excessive speed, overloading of
trucks and lack of School Bus Stop Sign at bus stop on corner of Marblehead and Ur~on
Selectmen voted to send letter to Chief La~lor requesting investigation of the matter and
report.
PEDESTRL~N OVE~ASS:
Letter from S. Eidleman advised that the town's responsibility is spelled out in Agreement
#3019 entered into by the Co~onwealth and the To~m of North Andover, therefore the town is
responsible for "Ownership and Future Maintenance" of the pedestrian Overpass and should
take care of the damaged electric meter. Selectm~n voted to send letter to Mr. Eidelman
stating that they were concerned with the lack of communications in the past of the Dept.
of Public Works not informing the Board at the time of completion that the sectioa of said
Contrack automatically was in effect.
TOWN MEE~ING Q~0HUM:
Letter of inquiry received re quorums at town meetings. Referred to Town Counsel for

Letter received with final accounting on funding of new town garage. Referred to Town Couns

CONDUIT LOCATION:
Petition approved to install conduit location on Pleasant Street.

Board voted to have Selectmen's Clerk, T. McEvoy, set up interviews with al~ CE~A referrals

STREET LIGHTING:
Board voted to have street lights instal ~ ed in the following locations: 1353 Salem St.,
63 Sutton St., Chestnut St., 44 Rea St., Bexford St., 40 Johnson St. and 926 Fores~ St.
ADVISORY BOARD:
Selectmen will request approval to have Spec. Town Meeting for Firefighter's fact finding
amount, $3,000.
