WI P~T NG INSPECTOR:
The Selectmen voted to send request for $3%%.00 from the Reserve Fund for Wiring Inspector'l
expenses to end of fiscal year.
BUILDING INSPECTOR:
Mr. Foster appeared before the Board to report on Pesata complaint of a neighbor conducting
a business in a residential area. He stated that he understood that no work had been done
at the neighbor's house, occupied by David Xane, and that Mr. Eane ami his mother
no work could be done in any business manner whatsoever. The Board requested Foster to sum
up the situation in a letter and they would send a copy to Pesata.
DOG C~PIAINT :'
Mr. Perry appeared..before~tho Selectmen to tell his side of the story re the complaints of
a neighbor, Mr. Benoit, against his dog. He stated his dog had att'ended obediance school,
accompanied him daily in his truck and no complaints had been received from any of the other
neighbors on Bradford Road. There are many other dogs running around on the st.r~t but Nr.
thanked Mr. Perry for commng to see them even though th~ did not have ~n~ authority ~o
enter into any individual disputes · · //~ K~ ~. ~

The Board of Selectmen held their regular meeting ~,n ~is date ~ith all members present,
Selectmen Coady and Kirk ~ith Chairman G~thrie pres~ding. The warrant and minutes were
approved as submitted.
JURONS:
Thomas J. Kerir~, 35~ Sutton St. ~as drawn for jury duty for the Narch 11 Sitting, at Salem.
Geraldine H. Vafiades, 270 Bradford St. and Louis $chwenks, 210 Andover St. were drawn for
Jury duty for the March 4 Sitting, at Lawrence.

Letter received from Jeanne Parnell, Community Representative from the Dept. o£ Nanpower
Affairs re proposed future allocation of monmes for hiring of unemployed in town. Chairman
Guthrie will report on the matter to the Board on,February 2~.
