A hearing was held on the application of Walter D. Belisle, 242 Chandler Rd., Andover, Mass.
for a Class III license for Anchor Auto Parts, Inc., at 110 Sutton St., N. Andover, Mass.
Atty. Gerald Lewis represented Mr. Belisle and Atty. Alfred Daniels represented Henry Fary,
owner of the building on 110 Sutton Street. Several abutters were present to object to the
license .... James Winston, o~mer of P.J.'s Pub, 100 Sutton St., Lou Patricone, owner of
Nasa Apts., Sutton Street, Mr. Dolan, Mrs. Liles and Mrs. Dinsmore, all of Ashland Street,
The main objection voiced was the junk yard appearance of the area and the abutters did
not want another company adding to the debris already present. Atty. Lewis stated that Mr.
Belisle was not going to dismantle vehicles on the property but was using the main floor
of the building for the storage and sale of vehicle parts; that no unregistered vehicles
would be stored on stripped on the premises and requested that the stipulation be placed
on Class III license. Cars already parked there do not belong to Mr. Helisle. The Board
stated that they would request Building Inspector to investigate junk vehicles now on the
premises that allegedly belong to a business owned by a Mr. Westbrook. Abutters also com-
plained of the noise nuisances created by the present businesses in the area. The Board
will hold application for one week in .which time Mr. Belisle can talk to the residents in
