"Lifetime of the Pool"shall be construed to mean the period that the pool is owned by the original purchaser. The terns "Structurally Sound"implies that the swimming pool is capable of containing and holding water and in the event of a failure to do so the contractor will within said period repair the same so that it does hold water. The Lifetime structural guarantee therefore would not extend to or Cover items external to the pool,such as coping, coloring,plaster,plumbing,electricity,filter,heaters,decking or pool accessories. Plaster is not guaranteed against discoloration or staining in as much as this is commonly due to the local water,wrong use of chemical..;or lack of cleaning. The Lifetime structural guarantee is also invalid should the pool not be kept full except when emptied by the contractor or under his supervision;should the seater table be above the lowest point nl the pool;should the structure be damaged by earthquake,war,earth or earth fill movement,ill disasters not occasioned by the contractor such as explosions,wrecking and the like.
