Date: January 3 , 1994 Re: Lot 2 Brentwood Circle Attached is a copy of the deed and a plan for Lot 2 Brentwood Circle. Bob Messina is representing the land owners. They would like to know if the lot is grandfathered as a one acre lot or if they need to obtain a variance. They are also looking for some guidance as to which Board they should file with first. They will need Planning Board watershed special permits as well as conservation permits. Please -let me know when you are available to meet with Bob Messina to discuss this.
