Dear Mrs. Griffen:
Hancock Environmental Consultants(HEC), on behalf of Richard&Peggy Issenberg,
hereby requests a modification to the Notice of Decision and approved plan issued by the
North Andover Planning Board on 3/7/00 for the construction of a porch and associated
grading and landscaping within the Lake Cochichewick Watershed.
An as-built survey has been recently completed for the project site and the survey
displays the construction of a shed in the northeasterly comer of the house. The shed was
designed to square off the comer of the house. The shed is not located within 50 feet of
any wetland resource areas and was constructed within a previously disturbed area. The
shed is used for the storage of wood, bicycles, etc.
The shed was not originally approved under the Watershed Special Permit. IFIEC, on
behalf of the applicant, hereby requests that the submitted plan and letter be reviewed and
a de-minimis ruling be made for the approval of the shed
Work permitted on the project site is completed and has been constructed in accordance
with the approved plan.
