The aforesaid Lot B contains 57,800 feet, more or less, according to said plan. in PARCEL B: A certain parcel of land situated on Brentwood Circle,North Andover Essex County, Massachusetts, being shown as Lot A on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in North Andover, Mass. Surveyed for John McCarthy, Stowers Associates, Inc.,Reg. Land Surveyors, Methuen, Mass., Scale I"=40', July 1983,November 1983"which plan is recorded with North Essex Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 9353, and reference is made to said plan for a more particular description. The aforesaid Lot A contains 64,500 feet, more or less, according to said plan. We hereby make and declare said parcel(s) subject to the following restrictive covenant and provision: The use of fertilizers thereon shall be limited to those which are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and phosphorus-free.
