The 325 foot Non-Discharge Zone has been added to the plan from the Lake and wetland resource area. Additionally, the 400 foot buffer zone has been added from the Lake. 2. The boundaries of the wetland resource areas were established in September 2012 in a wetland filing at 108 Campion Road. A Notice of Intent was filed with the North Andover Conservation Commission for this project and the wetland boundary is consistent with the approved line in 2012. 3. The North Andover Planning Board at the November 20, 2013 meeting discussed limiting the creation of additional impervious area in the future (i.e. additions, ground cover, etc..). The Board did not feel they needed to limit living space within an existing structure (i.e. additional living space could be added within any floor level). 4. A Watershed Special Permit was not applied for with the construction of the inground pool. Planning Department noted that the pool was outside the 400 foot radius to the Lake. It is unknown if a wetland resource area existed at that time. 5. A summary of total impervious coverage, including the proposed work, has been added to the plan and the Planning Board will limit to restrict further impervious area creation. 6. The copper drip edge will be removed from the architectural plans. 7. The Planning Board did not feel the driveway grading was an issue. Futhermore, the Conservation Commission had no comment on the driveway grading. 8. The proposed edge of work line has been noted on the plan as the edge of the existing garage foundation. 9. An additional restriction has been added to prohibit coal tar-based pavement sealants. 10. The erosion control barrier has been extended past the existing slate patio.
