TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.126
(3) C6 and 10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw within 100' of a Bordering
Vegetative Wetland and within the Non-Disturbance Zone of the
Watershed Protection District. Applicant proposes to tear down
existing two car attached garage(retaining the foundation)and
construct a new three car garage with living space above.
Additionally, a 6' x 13.33'roofed entryway will be added to the
center of the existing house. A small driveway expansion will
occur to accommodate the third car bay._
