LANE, NORTH ANDOVER, MAO 1 845 (HEREIN "GRANTOR") OWN
OF LAND IN NORTH ANDOVER, ESSEX COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, BEING SHOWN AS
LOT 65 ON ASSESSORS MAP 64 (THE PARCEL).

SPECIAL PERMITS FOR THE PARCEL. SUCH PERMITS REQUIRE THAT THE OWNER OF

COVENANT,AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
