The Restriction herein set forth shall apply and be appurtenant to the
following described property located at 17A Bridle Path also known as 257
Bridle Path, North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts being more
particularly described as follows:
A certain parcel of land located in North Andover, Essex County,
Massachusetts being shown as Lot 17A Bridle Path on a plan entitled
"Revised Plan of Land Located in North Andover, Mass. Prepared for
Landsail, Inc." dated June 2, 1978, Revised June 6, 1978, Frank C. Gelinas &
Associates, Engineers & Architects, recorded with Essex North District
Registry of Deeds as Plan#7847. Reference is hereby made to said Plan for a
more particular description of said Lot 17A. 1
Being the same premises described in deed recorded with Essex North
District Registry of Deeds in Book 1432,Page 336.

1. No pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals shall be used in
lawn care or maintenance.
2. This restriction may be enforced by the Town of North _ ;�
Andover, by action in equity in any Court of competent
jurisdiction.
