'Al v. l� CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT Community Development Division April 9,2015 Anne Gould&Mike Delaney 92 Andover Street North Andover,MA 01845 92 Andover Street, North Andover Installation of Roof and Posts on existing Deck and Stairs Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC#140 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 0) (old form) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Anne Gould and Mike Delaney,filed for a small project for work proposed at 92 Andover Street, North Andover.The proposed work includes the construction of a roof supported by two posts over an existing deck and stairs.The deck is within 50 feet of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) located to the southwest side of the house. However, the stairs and deck are pre-existing and constructed prior to the North Andover Wetlands Protection Bylaw and associated regulations and therefore a waiver of the 50-foot No-Build Zone is not required. (Note:The delineation shown on the plan is not accurate and should be located closer to the stone wall in the area closest to the proposed work.) During the April 8,2015 public meeting, the NACC voted unanimously to approve this project. All work shall conform to the following.
