However, the stairs and deck are pre-existing and constructed prior to the North Andover Wetlands Protection Bylaw and associated regulations and therefore a waiver of the 50-foot No-Build Zone is not required. (Note:The delineation shown on the plan is not accurate and should be located closer to the stone wall in the area closest to the proposed work.)
